TASHI CHHOLING GOMPA SURAL BHATORI is a very popular and examplary monastery Located in Sural bhatori (Pangi Valley) Sural Bhatori is a Buddhist village lies in the upper part of HIMALAYA in the Zanskar Range. TASHI CHHOLING GOMPA was founded by the great spiritual Drukpa monk (Lama) and futher it is made more popular by Great H.E.Apo Rinpoche (1960) during his religious life .Currently it is running by our present guru H.E. SEY RINPOCHE Great son of Apo Rinpoche and he is current throne holder of Shakya shri lineage and inbuilt new monastery in campus organize in August 2021.

Tashi Chholing gompa is biggest and oldest monastery in pangi valley every year thousands of people visited here , worship and prayers to Lord Buddha to make their life safe and peaceful this monastery is surrounded by (birch-tree) Bhuj-patra-Trees these trees grown from the foundation of monastery still all trees are well and green naturally and in the last 100 decades of period a Lord Buddha's Pure gold statue was found under the beneath of birch tree also found Buddha's other statues during the construction of monastery here so many miracles has happened. In the main hall of monastery a very big Lord Buddha statue has installed in approximately 15-20 feets hight And in the right side of the Lord Buddha the guru PADMA SAMBAVA statue is installed also just behind the statue of Dakini Tara / Dolma installed the scriptural books(kangyur , Tangyur and bombs)are in the wooden shelve placed left of the hall and the Thanka painting of the protector deities on the wall of hall. the LAMP room and Mani-Tangyur is just front of the gate Every Budhha purnima people gather here for the Buddha purnima Ceremony people lights the lamp to remove obstacles and negative energy and celebrates the Budhha purnima with great joys. 

A new monastry has been constructed behind of the main monastery by letting beautiful ground between the buildings some of great monks made there houses near the monastery to take care of monastery and keep worship continue even in the winter The statue of budhha is worship in all the monasteries of pangi by Buddhist peoples & irrespectivly of defferent sects(संप्रदाय) And also the HYMNS (mantra)are reacted daily by monks Om mani pandme hung rhi...
